The fan-made, Valve supported, Cold Stream DLC for Left 4 Dead 2 has arrived in its finished form on PC and was supposed to arrive on the Xbox 360 yesterday. The content missed its mark for release on Xbox 360 and Valve isn’t sure when it will finally arrive on the console.

“We are working with Microsoft on a release schedule. We don’t have an ETA yet but we hope to have it out soon. It will be 560pts.” said the developers via Twitter.

Left 4 Dead 2 fans on the Xbox 360 will remember when The Sacrifice was released, Valve was quite upset that they were forced to charge for this downloadable content that PC players had been getting for free.

Cold Stream is a good bit of content for the game however, and well worth the 560 Microsoft points. The Cold Stream content includes not only a completely new fan made campaign, but also ports of the original Left 4 Dead’s campaigns which include: Death Toll, Dead Air, Blood Harvest, and Crash Course.
