Bandai Namco’s hotly anticipated Dragon Ball FighterZ is adding another classic character to its ever-expanding roster. This time is the turn to introduce of one of the most iconic villains of the series: Cell. The evil android who grows in power every time he absorbs an enemy showcases his fast fighting techniques in a short but impressive trailer that once again reinforces the impression that FighterZ is going to present one of the closest experiences to play inside the anime series.

In the video, Cell is portrayed in one his later and most popular appearances, although it has not been specified if we’ll be able to control one of his earlier incarnations. The game has already presented other iconic heroes like Gohan, and it’s also introducing a brand new character called Android 21, who has been designed by the legendary designer Akira Toriyama, and will play a central role in the storyline. Talking about her, a producer of the game recently stated that the new character could be easily be introduced in other videogames and even anime series of the franchise, if fans grow fond of her.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is launching on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on eary 2018, and preordering the game gives players access to Blue Goku and Blue Vegeta, two extra fighters with their own unique appearance and set of movements. Watch the new trailer below.
