Lego lovers better make room in their block cities, as the Lego City Main Square set is releasing Sept. 1. The upcoming Lego set includes a town hall building and numerous characters, including one from Lego City Adventures.
The Lego City Main Square will cost $199.99, and features a stage for entertainment, a city park, a town hall, a diner, a helicopter, and numerous ground vehicles. The stage offers two huge speakers and is perfect for Poppy Starr (from Lego City Adventures) to perform on. The city park features two large trees and a statue to Harl Hubbs’ grandfather. Hubbs himself also looks to have made it into the set, along with a vehicle full of his handyman equipment.
The Town hall is the largest structure in the set and comes with a Mayor Fleck minifigure. The Diner even features a walk up window so your minifigures can stay socially distanced while picking up food. Among the Lego City Main Square set’s vehicles is a tram, a police vehicle for minifigure Duke Detain, and a motorcycle for criminal Snake Rattler to escape with the key to the city on.
The set is 1,517 pieces and is listed for ages 5 and over.
The Main Square is meant to go alongside other Lego City sets. Other sets you may want to pair it with include the Police Station, Downtown Fire Brigade, or the Donut Shop Opening set.
Lego City Adventures first aired on Nickelodeon last year. It is currently in its second season.
Lego has announced numerous sets besides the Lego City Main Square in the last few months. At the end of July it announced new Lego Art Sets featuring Iron Man, Star Wars, The Beatles, and Andy Warhol. June brought the reveal of a 14-inch tall Lego Mickey and Minnie Mouse set.
