A new batch of screenshots for Lightning Returns was released today that reveal the world of Nova Chrysalia. Lightning will explore these “Dead Dunes”, a desert land where she’ll gather information from an oasis village within.
Lightning Returns will feature changes made to the combat system seen in FFXIII-2, an extended trailer of the new combat system was released late last year, which you can find below with the batch of new shots of the Dead Dunes.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is set to arrive on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this fall.
