RHOBH star Lisa Rinna announced her exit from the Bravo series in a new statement. The 59-year-old, known for her sassy remarks, drama-filled appearances, and her “own it, baby” catchphrase on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, decided to bid the franchise goodbye after eight seasons.
Her decision came in the wake of the expiration of her contract with Bravo at the end of the last season. According to her, she made the tough choice only after weighing her options, considering her business obligations, and reaching a mutual decision with Bravo.

Although her exit marks the end of the road for Lisa Rinna in her RHOBH journey, in her statement, the reality star has numerous reasons to be thankful. She expressed gratitude to Bravo, stating how much she appreciated her eight-year run, which has been the longest in her professional career. She divulged:
Lisa Rinna became part of the RHOBH family in its fifth season, which premiered in 2014. She quickly established herself as the housewife to contend with, engaging in the now-iconic fight between her and co-star Kim Richards, where she famously tossed a wine class at the latter. Her excesses, outspokenness, and no-nonsense vibes have led many of the other housewives to tag Lisa as a bully.
Lisa’s latest Escapades Hinted Her Departure
RHOBH co-star Kathy Hilton, sister to Kim Richards, once threatened not to return to the Bravo series if Lisa Rinna failed to exit the show. The bad blood between both women has been evident throughout their joint stints on the show. Things blew up after the girls’ trip in Aspen early in season 12, where Hilton famously had an emotional meltdown, vowing to singlehandedly ruin the Bravo network, NBC, and everyone on the show.
She slammed Lisa for bringing up the incident again during their season 12 reunion episode. The 63-year-old housewife even accused her co-star of bringing up the Aspen incident as a last-ditch effort to save her job since her contract was running out. While this might have been mere heat-of-the-moment allegations, it ushered in some of the first hints that Lisa’s days on the RHOBH series may indeed be numbered.
