Handy Games announced their manufacturing simulator Little Big Factory-a charming game coming to Steam about building everything from rubber ducks, to dressers, to scooters and managing your diligent workers as you become a factory tycoon.
You start out with a small workshop and build yourself up to a massive factory, filled with hard-working employees and a plethora of production lines that are all managed by you the player and their loving boss. As the “Big Boss”, you take charge of an adorable tabletop factory that supplies a massive line of products to a variety of clients in a market that’s constantly changing. Produce hundreds of advanced products day by day and watch your cute little employees do the busy work.
You cover a variety of industries, tackle the practical problems of your customers, organize all the steps of production on blueprints, and take proper care of your workers. As you make money from orders, invest it into your workplace-expanding the size of your factory, buying more machines, hiring more workers, and grow your business. Unlock more machines, discover more production methods, and most importantly-add more room to your factory. As a sandbox experience, you’ll be pondering and poking at everything until you get the world to work the way you want. Supply your clients as you build up to 50 unique product types constructed out of pieces built by you and through production methods you unlock.
The game takes place is a delightful tabletop factory that looks just like a diorama-featuring a sandbox world complete with a day and night cycle. It has all nitty-gritty features of an excellent building simulator wrapped up in an adorable package sure to charm players not used to more realistic simulators complete with gameplay that’ll keep everyone invested.
