BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. released a playable demo today for the sequel of the beloved cult classic Little Nightmares, in the form of Little Nightmares II. While preorders are available for consoles and PC alike, the demo is only available for PC players today.

Produced in partnership with Tarsier Studios, Little Nightmares II follows the story of Mono, a young boy trapped in a world distorted by the humming transmission of a distant Signal Tower. With Six, the girl in a yellow raincoat, together they set out to discover the grim secrets of the world whilst fleeing from the monstrous residents out to capture them. Little Nightmares II will be available in the west starting February 11, 2021, on current generation consoles. Next-generation consoles will see a release in 2021 for both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. This will come with a free upgrade for owners of the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One version.

Little Nightmares II Demo

The downloadable PC demo takes you on a dark and perturbing venture through The Wilderness. This Wilderness demo will get you filled in on the horrific adventure that is to come in Little Nightmares II, along with some of the game’s new features. Mono, the game’s protagonist, will undoubtedly be tried and tested even in this short time. You will be thrust into an anxiety-driven adventure immediately having to uncover the secrets in Hunter’s Cabin, solve deadly puzzles, and avoid nightmare-inducing enemies. You will also get to meet the first game’s protagonist, Six. Together Mono and Six will quest towards the Pale City.
