You will come across the Stone of Power quest in Lost Ark once you hit level 50. Since this is a roster quest, you can complete this quest with any character you want. And the XP you gain from this will apply to your entire roster.
In order to complete this quest, here’s what you need to collect:
- Pieces of the Shadowfallen Giant Locarok (0/15)Pebbling’s stone fragmentsFourth claw of Thanatos
For the first two items, you will have to make your way to the Tortoyk’s Heart dungeon, located on the continent of Tortoyk. You will be able to collect the Pieces of the Shadowfallen Giant Locarok and Pebbling’s stone fragments pretty early on in the dungeon. So technically, you needn’t complete the entire dungeon.
For the fourth claw of Thanatos, you will have to make your way to yet another dungeon known as the Morai Ruins. This dungeon can be found on the Saland Hill area on the continent of Yudia. You will have to defeat Thanatos at the very end of the dungeon in order to obtain his fourth claw.
Once you’ve collected all these items, return to the Legendary Blacksmith on Serenity Isle and pick up your rewards for completing this quest. Alternatively, you can also complete this quest from the Quest Menu itself once you’ve gathered all the required items.
