As with other MMORPGs, Lost Ark is filled to the brim with various Quests. One you will eventually stumble upon after you reach the end game region, Rohendel, is “The Book of Time” Quest. If you have trouble completing it, here’s a quick guide on how you can finish the cryptic “The Book of Time” Quest in Lost Ark.

Lost Ark – “The Book of Time” Quest Walkthrough

Quest Objectives:

  • Check the contents of the Book of Time: The Past
  • Somewhere in Elzowin’s Shade
  • Read the Book of Time: The Future while standing on the warped ground

First, you just need to read what’s inside of the Book of Time. Simple enough. Find the book lying around near a broken bridge south of Shaded River in Elzowin’s Shade. Then click the book icon on the Quest Objectives window on the right side of your screen to read the in-universe quest objective. Most of it is just fluffs; the critical thing to note is the first sentence: “Read this while standing on the ground warped by the purple Demon.” What did I say about it being cryptic?

  • Read the Book of Time: The Future while standing on the warped ground

From the Book of Time location, head northwest to Forgotten Landing. You should arrive at a spot where you need to jump between small platforms. Keep jumping until you reach the third or the middle platform; this is the right spot, indicated by a yellow glowing circle. Stand inside of the circle, then click the book icon again. A bar saying, “The letters on the book start glowing,” will fill up. Once filled, the Book of Time window will pop up again; simply close it (or read the fluff first, your choice), then click the Ongoing Quest button on the right side of your screen. Push the Complete button, and that is it; you should be finished with the “The Book of Time” Quest at that point.

Quest Rewards:

  • Wisdom
  • 7,432 XP
  • 660 Roster XP
  • 252 Silver
  • Guardian Stone Fragment x10
  • Harmony Shard x154
