Lost Ark, like many other MMORPGs, have daily, and weekly server resets that are done per region. This is done to accommodate for players’ regional time zone. There are currently 40 servers divided into four regions: North America West, North America East, Central Europe, and South America. However, developer Smilegate RPG has suggested that depending on population levels, new servers may be added later. When can Lost Ark fans expect daily and weekly resets to occur in each server and region?

Lost Ark Daily and Weekly Server Reset Times

Quoting Lost Ark‘s official pre-launch server reset announcement, the resets work per region. Daily and weekly resets take place at 1 AM local time zone but could happen at 2 AM depending on Daylight Saving Time. Core content such as Raids, Dungeons, and PvP events will be calculated from each region’s 0 hour to maintain the “best local hours” for each region’s players. For instance, a Dungeon scheduled to open at 7 PM server time (UTC) for US West will be open for US West 7 hours later to make it more accessible for NA West players.

Developer Smilegate RPG also wrote that after Lost Ark is officially launched, server daily and weekly reset times may be adjusted to “best fit player and server needs.” However, any changes to server reset time are yet to be announced at the time of writing. It’s also worth mentioning that the in-game UI will show server time rather than the player’s own local time. For example, NA West servers will display Pacific Time/UTC -7 to reflect the server’s time.
