Just like its sister series, Yakuza, Lost Judgment will be putting you into several fights you can build a meter called the EX Gauge that can be used to unleash appropriately named EX Actions, super attacks that do massive damage to a group of enemies. With such a devastating option at your disposal, you are gonna want to keep that meter filled as much as you can. This meter can be filled by using items like Asahi Super Dry to build that meter, but another, more stylish way of building it is to taunt. This guide will show you how to taunt in Lost Judgment.

How to Taunt in Lost Judgment

Doing a taunt in Lost Judgment is pretty straightforward, but does require some situational awareness to get the most out of the action. To do the taunt, you just have to press in the left stick as well as the R1/RB at the same time. This will initiate the taunt where Yagami will embarrass his opponents. This action will put you into a locked animation, meaning that you will be unable to attack, dodge, or defend yourself while it plays out. This leaves you open to getting punished if your timing or choice of when to taunt isn’t planned out. You are going to want to make sure it doesn’t happen when you decide to build that EX Gauge.

With this in mind, make sure you beat on your opponents and get them knocked down before you decide to do your taunt. This can also be used in tandem with a skill that will increase the amount of EX Gauge you get per taunt depending on the number of enemies that are on the ground. So get out there, knock them down, and style on them like the private detective you are!

Lost Judgment is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
