Love Island Courtney Boerner reveals she had depression after the show. She is now realizing the bigger toll the whole thing has taken on her physical and mental health. Furthermore, as glamorous as it may look on TV, those people don’t get a chance to rest. On top of that, you are always trying to be witty and pretty. That is an honest-to-goodness recipe for exhaustion. It’s like the whole time on the show is an adrenaline rush and a high, then you crash when you come back to normalcy. Courtney was a fan favorite but was voted off the 4th season with Chad Robinson. But since being eliminated, she has had some mental health struggles.

We just commend her for having the courage to discuss it publicly. Dealing with depression is hard enough without the whole world watching your progress. That said, her stepping forth will undoubtedly help some others who may feel the same way but have trouble talking about it. We can understand her plight and respect her courage when talking about it. Even beautiful, rich people get sad.

“Courtney recently updated Love Island USA fans on how she’s been, telling them she’s pulling herself out of a depression she fell into after the show. Courtney told fans on her Instagram story that she’s been planning on joining OnlyFans and YouTube but has delayed both due to her mental health. The Love Island USA contestant explained that after leaving the show, she was okay for two weeks before the depression hit. “I hit like a very intense like deep depression, and I’m coming out of it like actually as of recently, like maybe this past week,” Courtney revealed. The star expressed that despite her situation, she’s very grateful for the amazing life she has.”

Love Island Courtney Boerner reveals she had depression after the show. Honestly, it makes perfect sense. A show like that essentially makes you the center of attention. On top of that, you have constant serotonin and dopamine because you are with beautiful people doing beautiful things on someone else’s dime. On top of that, you are in a tropical paradise away from all your worry.

It would honestly be weird if coming down from that didn’t make you a little lethargic.
