Everyone loves a new sports title. And it’s even better when that title shares goodies. Madden 22 is kicking off a free weekend to coincide with the NFL. If you’re a football fan, now’s the time to get online and play. Every piece of content will be available during this Madden free-to-play weekend.
Madden 22 Free Weekend schedule
Between September 9 and September 12, NFL can check the game out for free. During this time, potential fans will gain access to every feature in the title. So get that download started now! In addition to accessing all content, anyone who purchases during this time will receive a 25% discount.
This event coincides with the start of the 2021 NFL season. As part of the festivities, Marshawn Lynch and Lil Dicky will play as the Cowboys and Buccaneers respectively during ‘The Kickoff.’ You can catch the event on both Twitch and YouTube at 5 pm EST today. Add it to your ‘Watch Later’ list on YouTube and turn on your Twitch notifications to be informed as soon as things begin.
Players can also check out Superstar KO mode during the Madden free-to-play weekend. It will feature programs from Nebraska, Michigan State, LSU, and USC. Superstar KO is part of the limited-time Campus Legends event. So hurry to the game and see what’s offered before September 27. In addition to Superstar KO, players will be treated to the Dynamic Gameday mode as well.
The Madden 22 free weekend is available on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
The executive producer of the title, Sean Graddy, has expressed his appreciation to the players. This free event is the team’s effort to show gratitude for those “who are excited for college football and the start of the NFL Season.”
