Madden 23 Ultimate Team has new features like Field Passes, Missions, and weekly events based on the NFL season, but Ultimate Team also has some early issues, including rewards not showing up. Here is what to do if your Madden 23 Ultimate Team rewards are not showing up.
First, restart Madden 23 and return to Ultimate Team. If the rewards do not show up when entering the mode or do not appear in your inventory, restart your console and start Madden 23 again. If the issue persists, you should clear your game cache, but if rewards are still not showing up, uninstall and reinstall Madden 23.
Madden 23 Ultimate Team is full of rewards for playing the various game modes. Instead of just earning packs with grinding, Ultimate Team now has more challenges, games, and online head-to-head matchups. While playing in Ultimate Team, you will earn rewards through the Season Field Pass by earning XP in games. However, this new reward system may have some issues since players are not getting rewards.
If all else fails, you can reach out to Madden support to submit a ticket to let them know what rewards you are missing. The Madden support website addresses that rewards in MUT may be delayed and to reach out if rewards are missing for more than 24 hours.
