It seems in a strange turn of events, Marilyn Manson’s sexual assault charges are likely to be dropped. As many know, actress Evan Rachel Wood levied some strong abuse claims against her former goth beau. In the wake of the Amber Heard trial, the world was watching, but it seems this case lacks evidence and proof, two things very much needed for a trial.
The scary part is that Wood is by no means the only woman making these accusations. Marilyn Manson’s sexual assault charges have been following the singer for quite a few years now. There are even rumors he has a soundproof room he puts females he is unhappy with in. But after multiple visits from the LAPD for wellness checks, nothing was found to substantiate these claims.
In a crazy turn, Manson is also suing Wood for claiming she sent falsified reports of him to the press and his fans, which we don’t need to remind you is also the main complaint in the Amber Heard case. When two celebrities pair off, sometimes magic doesn’t happen. In these cases, quite the opposite of magic. Pure toxicity.
It’s Not Easy Being Goth
Law enforcement has also chimed in saying:
There have been some credibility issues with the victim.
What that means, in this case, is quite simple. If there is no actual evidence of any kind collected to back up the accusations, there is no case. This is also in the wake of the documentary Evan Rachel Wood shot for HBO called Phoenix Rising. A documentary that only told one side of the story, which many found odd. Usually, documentaries try to represent all sides.
