Mario Party Superstars Trailer

The game is a collection of previous Mario Party board games and minigames. Specifically, the board games all come from the Nintendo 64 Mario Party games. The minigames, however, are from different eras including the GameCube era. The game has a total of five board games and this Mario Party Nintendo Direct trailer gave us a peek at the final three.

The three board games that will be in the game are Woody Woods, Yoshi’s Tropical Island, and Horror Land. Each board has different characteristics that make them unique. These three boards join the previously announced boards, Space Land and Peach’s Birthday Cake. On top of the board games, the game will also include 100 minigames from previous entries.

The Mario Party Nintendo Direct trailer also showed off different modes. Like previous games, players have the option to play a minigames-only mode. Another mode that will be in the game is survival mode. The goal of this mode is to get the longest win streak possible as you compete against other players.  The tag match mode allows players to team up to win.

A big aspect of the game that fans will be happy to hear about is the online play. Mario Party Superstars can be played online against worldwide players. They won’t have to wait long to jump into the game as it releases on October 29 of this year. In the meantime, check out other news such as Super Mario Bros Movie Cast and Release Date Revealed.
