We recently reported on some sporadic restocks for Marth Amiibo figures hitting store shelves over the last few days, but now it looks like even more are coming as Nintendo has released an official statement on the matter. It seems that a couple of the rarer Amiibo figures have had additional productions runs hit the US and limited quantities of the figures will be hitting store shelves over the next few days. The ones in particular that were named were Marth, Meta-Knight, and Ike, but “a few other Amiibo” were also mentioned.

“Heads up! Marth and a few other amiibo like Meta Knight and Ike will be hitting shelves in limited quantities over the next few days” read the announcement. “For more information on timing and availability, be sure to visit your local retail stores or check out their websites.” Of course, while Marth and Ike could show up in any retail outlet, Meta-Knight remains a Best Buy exclusive, so be sure to check there if you are still trying to get one of the rare figures.

This seems to be a step up from Nintendo’s previous policies surrounding Amiibo restocks, which would show up randomly with little to no indication ahead of time. Nintendo recently apologized for the low quantities of highly desired Amiibo, and promised better communication, so hopefully this helps and continues in the future.
