Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has some exciting news. Marvel has finally released names for the new films, as well as a few release dates. Black Panther and Captain Marvel have new names for their upcoming films in Phase 4 of the MCU.

The Black Panther sequel will now be called Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.  Captain Marvel’s sequel is set to be named The Marvels.

Phase 4 of the MCU comes after the events of Avengers: Endgame and explores the stories of these characters after those events. We see the character of Black Panther coming back from the dead after the Hulk’s snap with the infinity stones. But it’s unclear who the new movie will proceed with following the demise of the late Chadwick Boseman.

The name of the Ant-Man movie franchise’s third movie was also revealed, titled Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania. By the title of the movie, one can guess that the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will deal with the Quantum Realm that was previously shown in the second movie. The third movie is set to release on February 17, 2023.

Guardians of The Galaxy Volume 3 is set to release on May 5, 2023. The movie will also deal with the events after Avengers Endgame, with Peter Quill, Drax, and Mantis back from the dead. It will likely also tackle the effects of Gamora being back from another timeline.

Marvel even released first-ever footage of the upcoming star-studded movie, Eternals. Marvel’s Eternals is set to release on November 5, 2021, and is directed by Oscar-winning director Chloe Zhao. And if that wasn’t enough, new footage for Black Widow and Shang Chi has also been released, showing new fight scenes. As for their release dates, Black Widow is set to release on July 9, 2021, and Shang Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings is set to release in September of 2021.
