A month after the first Avenger’s War Table, Crystal Dynamics’ new superhero project, Marvel’s Avengers, has revealed more details about the game and upcoming beta in a second showcase. The Action-RPG title is one of the most hyped games of the year, and thankfully Square Enix is making sure players can experience the hero action. Revealing a new Avenger to the roster coming post-launch, Hawkeye, there are many more details the live stream revealed. The beta demo shown today promises to give players a well-rounded Avengers experience and give them the chance to take control next month.

Shown in the reveal trailers from last year’s E3, players will play through the opening Golden Gate Bridge mission in San Francisco. Kicking off the events of the story and opening up the world for a beta experience, the other demo content is rather robust. Multiple areas, bosses and playable Avengers will keep players busy after facing off the leading missions will keep players busy. The world is extremely packed with a huge rogues gallery and superhero rapport, the ways of tackling missions are endless.

Earning equipment upgrades as Hulk smashing through levels will only further aid players in specific challenges for rewards that will carry over to the final version. The beta promises to be full of content to tide over players, but it also questions what it leaves to reveal. The title is focusing heavily on players crafting everything about their Avengers team from their look to their abilities in battle. There’s no doubt that there will be more announcements leading up to September 4th  and post launch on all consoles and PC. While the full game is almost a month away, fans will get their chance to jump into the fray in early August.

With the Avengers beta launches depending on whether players have pre-ordered, the play windows take place over the first 3 weekends in August. If you want to get the chance to play the title first, players with a preorder will get access to the game on Friday, August 7th to Sunday, August 9th. For all other fearless avengers, the regularly scheduled beta times will be from August 14th to August 16th and August 21st to the 23rd. The two open beta weekends will be available to everyone regardless of preorder.
