Marvel’s Midnight Suns is in the pipeline this time after previous delays. Now we have an exact release date, and it seems like it will not change again. At the same time as the launch of the game approaches, new gameplay trailers keep coming. A while ago, Marvel’s Midnight Suns released a new gameplay trailer that highlights Blade’s abilities. Here are the details.
Marvel’s Midnight Suns: Blade Gameplay Trailer
The developer studio Firaxis Games and 2K have released Marvel’s Midnight Suns: Blade gameplay trailer, which shows the Blade’s abilities. We already know that Eric Books has a lot of special abilities. These will be available to players in the upcoming title.
Called “Daywalker,” Blade is a dhampir: a half-human, half-vampire hybrid with the strength, stamina, and senses of a vampire and the sunlight tolerance of a human. A creature of the underground, Blade patrols the city’s rain-slicked alleys, abandoned warehouses, and secret nightclubs in the name of one obsessive mission: eradicate the undead from the world of the living.
This single-minded determination was born of tragedy: Blade’s human mother was murdered by a vampire’s bite during his birth. This heartbreak gave Blade the innate gifts that allowed him to become a living weapon. Blade has used his enhanced abilities to master nearly every martial art and weapon form known to humankind, though he often favors the smooth speed of the katana.
The following expressions are used on the game’s Steam page:
“Marvel’s Midnight Suns is the ultimate crossover event combining the rich story, character relationships, customization, and progression of an RPG with the tactical strategy and combat mechanics of a revolutionary new card-based tactics game. Set in the darker side of the Marvel Universe, you will forge unbreakable bonds with legendary Marvel Super Heroes and dangerous supernatural warriors in the fight against the world’s greatest threat yet…the demonic forces of Lilith and the elder god Chthon.”
Marvel’s Midnight Suns is set to be released on December 2th, 2022, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
