To celebrate Pride Month, Marvel is releasing a new Marvel’s Voices Infinity Comic on Marvel Unlimited focused on Iceman. Marvel’s Voices: Iceman is an ongoing series for the comic subscription service. It will feature a rotating cast of comic creators. Each will be contributing multi-issue stories and one-shots.

What Is Marvel’s Voices: Iceman?

Kicking off Pride Month, Marvel’s Voices: Iceman is an all-new four-part story arc. Hints for the series emerged during the Mighty Marvel Holiday Special: Iceman’s New Year’s Resolutions Infinity Comic. Now, Luciano Vecchio returns to write and draw Iceman’s newest adventure. The very first issue of the series is up now on the Marvel Unlimited app. New issues are being released every Wednesday.

The series follows Bobby Drake coming off a big year. After helping terraform the planet of Mars, Iceman is ready to explore what it means to be an Omega mutant. As part of Marvel’s Pride celebration, Iceman will celebrate his life, love, and everything in-between.

Previews for the comic show Bobby basking in a new world where he is lauded for his powers instead of feared. Of course, knowing Iceman’s history, this new status is sure to come with some complications. You can read what creator Luciano Vecchio has to say about getting to work on the comic in an exclusive interview with Out.com.

What Else Is Marvel Doing For Pride?

The Iceman Infinity Comic is just one of many LGBTQ+ stories Marvel is creating through its Voices series. As part of Pride Month, the publisher is releasing another Marvel’s Voices: Pride anthology. This giant-sized one-shot will feature a fantastic team of LGBTQ+ characters and creators. Marvel highlights its commitment to the community by spotlighting existing LGBTQ+ characters and introducing new ones to the Marvel Universe.

There are also a ton of Pride-themed variants being released this month to honor the LGBTQ+ community.
