Shadow mode has recently been revealed to be one of the first downloadable AI packs that Marvel Vs Capcom 3 will offer. It’s not new characters or costumes, the DLC will be AI opponents modeled after members of the development staff for the game, and other all star Marvel Vs Capcom 3 players.
Think of it as a ghost mode. It will let you see the habits and tendencies of the players that are the best at the game, helping you to become the ultimate combatant in the Marvel Vs Capcom 3 arena.
The first packs will include teams from Ryota Niitsuma, the producer of the game, Akihito Kadowaki, and a Tester who also knows the ins and outs of Marvel Vs Capcom 3 probably better than any. The first pack is scheduled to release in March, but I think we all know which pack we’re really waiting for, the Killian.
