First of all, it’s important to note that preloading is currently live for Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Given that this is quite a large download, you’ll want to start it as soon as possible so you can save time later. To preload, head over to your platform’s respective store page, and provided you’ve purchased the game, you should see the option to preload. If you’ve already done this and are waiting for the release time, here are your release windows for each individual platform:

PC: The game will launch at 11AM PST on May 14th, regardless of Origin, Steam, or EA desktop. PlayStation: The game will unlock at 12:00 AM local time on May 14, meaning fans over in places like the UK can begin playing right now! Xbox: The game will unlock at 12:00 AM EST on May 14.
