Star Wars is one of the biggest franchises of all time and that got even bigger with the release of last year’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens that broke countless box office records. With today being May 4th, which spawned the fanmade holiday May The Fourth Be With You, the PlayStation Store is celebrating with a ton of games that have been revealed by the official PlayStation blog.
First of all, there is one freebie for every PS4 owner with the special LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens May the 4th theme that you can download. Beyond that on PS4, there are a number of games that include Star Wars Battlefront, Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, and the re-release of the old Star Wars games like Super Star Wars and Star Wars Bounty Hunter.
PlayStation 3 also has the same free theme, along with some games that aren’t available on PS4 like The Force Unleashed II and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (PS2 Classic).
PS Vita owners are pretty limited in their options, with most of them being Zen Pinball, which are available on the other platforms as well, along with Super Star Wars that comes with crossbuy across PS4 and PS Vita. Lastly, we also have PSP, which includes games like Star Wars Battlefront II and Star Wars The Force Unleashed.
While you might think this would be a special one day sale, this will actually run through next Monday, May 9, so you have a little bit of time to decide what you want to get.
