Get ready to strategize with giant mechs in an alternative history setting with Iron Harvest. A recent trailer released during Gamescom 2019 detailed that the game is set to release late next year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Iron Harvest is a diesel-punk, real-time strategy game which takes place “in the alternate reality of 1920+” after the end of The Great War. “At the dawn of the 20th century, shortly after the end of the Great War, the world is full of secrets and mysteries, of opportunities and challenges. Tradition clashes with scientific and technological progress, while Europe is still recovering from the brutal battles of the World War.”.

Whether you team up with a friend or you take care of business on your own, this epic storyline spans across three campaigns with more than 20 missions. There are over nine heroes and 40 unit types each with their own special abilities and styles. “In Iron Harvest, Heroes are not all-powerful ‘super units’. Instead, they all have unique abilities that give you additional tactical options,” so there is plenty to explore and experience. In a world where battles are fought with giant mechs, the opportunities are limitless with how you decide to seek, destroy, and strategize.

King Art Games made Iron Harvest with the fans in mind, “We asked over 15,000 RTS fans in a big survey what they expect from a modern RTS and we are in constant contact with our community. Our goal is to make the RTS fans actually want.”

Iron Harvest is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on September 1, 2020, and pre-orders are available now on Steam and GOG.
