Movie director Jordan Vogt-Roberts has recently been at Kojima Productions’ HQ and shared his opinion about the work being currently done right there on PlayStation 4’s exclusive action game Death Stranding.

“Jordan came to see me at site’, Kojima wrote on Twitter, posting a photo with him from the performance capture studio where the development team is working on the upcoming title, the first after the separation from Konami.

From his account, Vogt-Roberts retweeted and offered more details about the visit, explaining he had a chance to see how cut-scenes are produced at the Japanese studio and that he was highly impressed by how Kojima directs them.

“Today I watched Kojima-San direct a cutscene. I’ve watched hours of his cinematics and witnessing one in real life was beyond special,’ he said, hinting at his passion about the Metal Gear franchise and the previous games from the series creator.

Briefly talking about the upcoming PS4 exclusive, he added “Death Stranding is unlike anything you’ve seen. Get excited. #KeptYouWaitingHuh,’ which is rather promising especially if you consider he loves the original entries in the MGS franchise.

Finally, it is worth mentioning Jordan Vogt-Roberts has directed Kong: Skull Island, a 2017 reboot of the King Kong film series, and has long been in charge of a Metal Gear Solid movie which releasing at some point yet to be determined.
