How to Sprint
To get to the action, you need to know how to get around and get around fast. Your default movement speed is the usual plodding pace of a giant mech suit piloted by the President of the United States. That is to say, you’re pretty slow. But this mech is equipped with some fancy rockets on its back that can get you all over the map much faster. And using them is pretty simple really, utilizing mostly a standard setup that action games still use to this day.
Yes, clicking in the left analog stick is the best way to sprint if you are using a controller. Just like most action titles released today. However, there’s also another button that is programmed to do this by default, which you may want to use if you aren’t as accustomed to that. X on Xbox One and Square on PS4 should do the trick.
