It is time to flaunt your shoot and survive skills in an RPG, MetaOps tournament starting towards the end of January 2023 in association with Avalanche. From January 20, 2023, MetaOps will host two free 2v2 tournaments for all players promising a grand prize of $500 to the winner. MetaOps January 2023 Tournaments Details
The play-to-earn Blockchain game has just announced its second tournament duo this month. According to the official release, Open Portal Studios will host two tournaments, one in Singapore and the other in the USA. Both tournaments will award subsequent winners a grand prize of $500.
The upcoming matches will kick off in Singapore on Jan 20th, 1 pm UTC. While in the US, the tournament will start on Jan 21st, 2 am UTC.
How to Play

A member of the BluMint team will notify you once we have whitelisted your Solana wallet address to play MetaOps.

To create a Solana wallet address,
first download the Phantom Wallet at https://phantom.app/download.
Follow the instructions to create your personal Phantom Wallet,
after which you will find your Solana wallet address listed on your Phantom Wallet profile.

Rules:
- 2v2 Team Deathmatch
- 64 Teams Max
- Single Elimination.
- Each match will consist of up to 3 in-game sessions. The first to win two sessions wins the match.
- Session Victory Condition: First to 25 kills or most kills in 5 minutes.
- AS-SINGAPORE Server (Southeast Asia). The ping limit will be set to 150ms. If your ping is over the limit, you will be immediately disqualified.
- If a team member does not check in, players who registered solo will be assigned randomly to fill available team slots.
- The initial round of matches will pair teams randomly.
- Four Classes of Weapons & Equipment: Recon – Sniper Rifle, Engineer – Shotgun, Support – Submachine Gun, Assault – Assault Rifle.
Regulations:
You must check into the tournament during the check-in window, at which point you will be prompted to join the BluMint Discord. At check-in time, make sure to update your MetaOps game client to the latest version of the game to avoid any delays before the tournament starts!
Check in time for Singapore players starts at 11:00 A.M to 12:55 P.M UTC on January 20, 2023. Similarly, the US check-in time starts at 12:00 P.M to 1:55 A.M on January 21, 2023.
Once the tournament starts, you will be assigned to a Discord room. A BluMint official with an xx | BluMint Discord username will announce the room name and password on the Discord server. In each Discord room, a BluMint official will specify an estimated time for when your match will start and provide instructions for joining each in-game session. In association with Avalanche, MetaOps will host the Ava Labs Showdown on January 20, 2023, and January 21, 2023, in Singapore and the US, respectively. According to the official announcement, solo winners from the two 2v2 tournaments will receive a $500 award.
