Tom Warren, the senior editor of The Verge, has learned and shared on Twitter that Microsoft’s E3 2018 Xbox Media Briefing date and hour have already been set, and that the presser is going to be “different” in comparison with the last few years.

According to Warren, Microsoft will hold its E3 2018 press conference on Sunday, June 10 at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET. We’ve yet to receive a formal announcement from the platform holder, but the source is very reliable so we won’t doubt it.

Recalling the words from Phil Spencer’s tweet of the last week, Warren also says the press conference is set to be much “different” in comparison with the years before, and the amount of difference we’ll be witnessing in June will become clearer quite soon.

“Microsoft’s E3 2018 briefing will be held on Sunday, June 10th at 1 PM PT / 4 PM ET,” he said on Twitter. “Microsoft is doing something different for E3 this year. I think that “different” element will start to make sense soon…”.

How do you expect the media briefing to be different? Let us know your idea in the comments below.
