To craft a Potion of Invisibility in Minecraft, players must combine a Fermented Spider Eye and a Potion of Night Vision. If Redstone dust is added to the final mix, the duration of the invisibility status effect will increase from 3 minutes to 8 minutes.

Spider Eye
Spiders have a 1/3 chance of dropping a Spider Eye upon death.
Witches can also potentially drop Spider Eyes upon death.
(Brown) Mushroom
Mushrooms typically grow in areas where a light level of 12 or less is present.
Mushrooms can also be found in the Swamp, Old Growth Taiga, Mushroom Field, and Nether biomes.
Sugar
Sugar is primarily acquired from Sugar Cane, a plant that grows near water in the Overworld.
Witches also have a chance to drop Sugar upon death.
