Star Wars: Rogue One actor, Mads Mikkelsen, has given some insight to the character that he might be playing in the upcoming film. This might be a minor spoiler to those that don’t want to hear about it.
Mikkelsen was recently interviewed by Sky News and he let slip on the type of relationship that he has with a certain character in Star Wars: Rogue One. If you don’t want to read about it, click away.
He said: “A little scared. I wasn’t really sure if I was wearing a Stormtrooper outfit or anything like that at that point. I wasn’t sure if I could fit into that. I read the script, it was very beautiful. And Felicity (Jones)’s playing this lovely, young, strong woman and I play her father.”
There you have it. He plays the father of Jyn Erso in the movie. We’re not sure if he’s a bad guy or not but we should find out more about the character he plays later this year.
Mikkelsen also didn’t want to confirm or deny if Darth Vader will be in Star Wars: Rogue One. We know he’s in the film, although he might just be in a cameo.
