For those that don’t fall into any category other than the opt-in, you’ll need to have at least one Blizzard game attached to your Battle.net account. In your Beta Profile page, you’ll be able to select which Blizzard games you want to help test, and then wait for your call (email) from Blizzard.
The developer says that the beta will be opened up in waves with the Annual Pass holders getting access “as quickly as possible”.
