Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Announcement, Trailer, and Details

Mob Psycho 100 season 3 was first announced back in October 2021, and the official Twitter account posted a countdown earlier this year to show that the new season of the anime was in production. However, there was only a teaser trailer and visual, which mainly reused scenes from previous seasons of the anime, and there was no official release date.

Now, the new Mob Psycho 100 season 3 trailer has given a full glimpse into the story of the upcoming season, which mostly centers on the followers of the main character, Mob, looking for him, while he himself attempts to figure out what he wants to do with his life.

Studio BONES is confirmed to once again be in charge of producing the new season, the staff including Takahiro Hasui as the director,  Hiroshi Seko in charge of the series composition, Yoshimichi Kameda in charge of the character designs, and Kenji Kawai in charge of the music.

The studio released the first season of Mob Psycho 100 back in 2016, the second season in 2019, and the official Mob Psycho OVA soon after. However, there has not been any new animated content for Mob Spycho 100 since the announcement of season 3 in October 2021. However, it has been a while since we’ve seen Shigeo back on our screens with his dominating psychic powers.

The original Mob Psycho 100 manga was written ONE and began in the Ura Sunday magazine in 2012. It ended in 2017 with a total of 101 chapters compiled into 16 volumes.
