The sequel to the 2019 reboot serves as the nineteenth installment in the overall Call of Duty series. While Modern Warfare 2 continues to climb to the top of the Steam charts, some players are finding quite interesting methods about the game. No doubt, ThatFriendlyGuy’s new method to reach the max level in the game is one of these. Although it seemed counterintuitive at first, he succeeded and explained this method in his latest YouTube video.

The maximum rank in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2‘s multiplayer mode is 55, and killing enemy players is the number one requirement to get it. However, ThatFriendlyGuy didn’t do that and used non-lethal types of equipment like a decoy grenade, spotter scope, and riot shield without burdening his teammates and killing a single enemy in the game. He reached the max rank with no kills, only 23 hours, and 25 minutes (1.35 win/loss ratio).

”I think this has the potential to be one of the fastest leveling methods, particularly for players that struggle to level up or go on crazy killstreaks, and it could work with future Call of Duty games and not just Modern Warfare too!”
