Infinity Ward has updated the content schedule for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. With the first season of content coming to a close this September, you can expect 9 more pieces of content over the next three months. This includes at least five new multiplayer maps, three new special ops missions, and one piece of content which is still “classified”.

This month’s content will arrive for Xbox 360 Call of Duty Elite subscribers mid-month, it is also expected that a free download of the Terminal Map from Modern Warfare 2 will arrive as a  free download in proximity to the Elite content.  PlayStation 3 Call of Duty Elite subscribers will see the content a bit later.

No announcements have been made as to the naming or theme of the upcoming multiplayer maps or Spec-Ops missions.  With the release date bearing down, you can expect Activision to reveal shortly.
