Exquisite Sprout is a rare Account Item in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak used to complete Oboro’s quest “Sprout Search.” Elgado’s Merchant is researching a new medicine and requires a special ingredient found exclusively within the Shrine Ruins. Completing this quest will reward Hunters with Heavy Armor Spheres and the Mighty Cornpopper+, a comical-looking Gunlance featuring a massive stalk of corn as the weapon and a straw hat as its shield. Accordingly, those looking to unlock this unique armament at the Smithy will need to understand the location of Exquisite Sprouts in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.
How To Get Exquisite Sprout In Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak
Exquisite Sprout is obtained from Shoot Patches, small bamboo-like plant nodes within the Shrine Ruins location of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. These nodes have a chance to yield Choice Shoots, Pricey Shoots, and Exquisite Sprouts. As one might expect, Exquisite Sprouts grant the most Kamura Points and are rarer than the other Shoot Patch resources.

Thanks to YouTube content creator Nix Xin, Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak fans can learn the exact location of every Exquisite Sprout Shoot Patch node in the Shrine Ruins. A total of five Shoot Patches can be found in the locale. Keep in mind Exquisite Sprouts can only be gathered from MR (Master Rank) Shoot Patches, not HR or LR.
While it is not guaranteed that Hunters will receive an Exquisite Sprout from every Shrine Ruin Shoot Patch, they will likely acquire the target Account Item during a single run. Return to Oboro in Elgado to turn in the sprout and complete the “Sprout Search” in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.
