Like in other Monster Hunter games, there are tons of materials you can gather during your hunts in Monster Hunter Rise as well. Some are used for crafting equipment, and some are gathered in exchange for the Kamura Points currency. This guide will help you track down the locations and explain the use of the Bismuth Prisms Account Item in Monster Hunter Rise.
Bismuth Prism Location in Monster Hunter Rise
- Item Type: Account Item
- Availability: High Rank Quests
- Kamura Points: 70 Points
Bismuth Prism can be found by mining the unique gathering point, Iridescent Ore, in the High Rank Lava Caverns area. You can filter your own Map for Iridescent Ores location by filtering the icons for Gathering Points only and then opening the Icon List option by pressing X (Switch)/Y (Xbox)/Triangle (PlayStation) on your controller or the X key on your keyboard.
In total, there are four Iridescent Ores in Lava Caverns, and you can find two very close to both Sub-camp 1 and 2. Since it is an Account Item, it will not be added to your inventory and will fill up your Kamura Points instead. However, you need to get some Bismuth Prisms for the “Economic Stimulation” Request Side Quest for the Argosy from Rondine, which tasks you with collecting three different Account Items:
- King Rhino x1
- Rock Rose x3
- Bismuth Prism x3
You can find King Rhino from Shining Rhinos in Flooded Forest and Rock Rose from Desert Roses in Sandy Plains. Completing the “Economic Stimulation” Request Side Quest should give you the third and final Submarine for the Argosy in the base game. The “Economic Stimulation” Request Side Quest itself will be given to you once you reach ★6 Village Quest and if you have completed the “Cultural Exchange” Request Side Quest for the second Submarine.
Monster Hunter Rise is now available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
