This is merely an announcement from the teams since not much has been disclosed regarding gameplay and narrative. However, fans can sign up for updates to stay in the loop of the game’s development. Villainous forces threaten the realms, and it’s up to us to stop them from committing any heinous acts. It’s a mobile exclusive that will feature a brand new story made entirely by NetherRealm Studios themselves. Although there isn’t much to base narrative assumptions on, the game is equipped with console-quality cinematics. This is an aspect that many mobile players look forward to.
