The listing is for a co-dev producer, a position that will “help [Guerrilla] expand the Horizon universe in new and exciting directions.” That certainly indicates more projects in the franchise, but the proceeding sentence in the description is also noteworthy: “In this role, you will be part of a specialized group overseeing externally produced game projects....

Over on NeoGaf, user Robin64 pulled the download data from the last Mario Kart 8 DLC pack, which seems to hint at a couple of returning tracks for the next round of DLC. The data had thirteen new entries for track lists and music, but only contained eight actual new tracks. Looking at the five additional ones show that they are most likely for the next round of DLC. The track names seem to hint at two returning classic tracks: Baby Park and Neo Bowser City from Gamecube and 3DS respectively....

Metro Exodus is going to be the third game in the Metro video game franchise. The game is developed by 4A Games and published by Deep Silver. The game was announced at Xbox E3 2017 press conference (the footage that was showcased at the event was running on PC) and after that, a new gameplay footage was revealed at The Game Awards 2017. The developer managed to build up massive hype post the release of the latest gameplay footage, but fans of the franchise wanted some more information – and guess what 4A Games finally in on the demand....

Minecraft recently launched on the Xbox 360, and those that have played Minecraft on PC have noticed that the console version is lagging behind when it comes to updates. 4J Studios, the developer in charge of the port, recently announced that it would be updating the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft to the “equivalent of the PC Beta 1.7.3 version” in the next update. Minecraft launched last week as the final game in Microsoft’s Arcade Next promotion, where the game scored well with critics and became the fastest selling Xbox Live title in history....

Minecraft is full of exciting adventure maps, and the next one is meant to be both entertaining and educational. Mojang has teamed up with BBC Earth to bring climate change-related content to the game. BBC Earth’s Frozen Planet II is airing now, and this DLC of the same name is meant to help explain climate change concepts to kids. “If you’ve ever started a new Minecraft game and spawned in the middle of an ice plains biome, then you’ll know a thing or two about trying to survive in a difficult environment,” the announcement says....

Save some time when hunting monsters. Monster Hunter as a series has grown exponentially over the last few years, not only in sales numbers, but overall scale. Prior to Monster Hunter World, the map structure for the games was incredibly basic with load screen with every area on the map. That finally changed and has carried over to Monster Hunter Rise, though on a smaller scale. While searching for the various creatures in the game that you need to kill, having the ability to save some time when moving across the map is very helpful....
