The internet exploded when the plot for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain was supposedly leaked online. It turns out the 3000 word synopsis was all fake. Apparently, Gentlemen Gaming got a hold of the leaked story which was summarized in 3000 words. I did not read the plot, but Gamespot reported there were major potential spoilers that sounded legit. All you need to do is reach max speed with the Speed Booster and sprint or Shinespark into a single Speed Booster block, and you’ll clear them all, opening the path to whatever prize your pursuing. Microsoft has presented their financial results for the first quarter of the current fiscal year, ending this past September 30. The report shows an essentially flat revenue from their gaming business year-over-year, earning $1.89 billion, up 1%. The reason for this situation seems to be an admitted “lower hardware revenue” compensated by a 21% increase of software revenue. At the sight of these results, the company is seeking to expand their approach to the gaming business, in the words of Microsoft’s CEO Satya Nadella: “We have high expectations for our gaming business to bring more people to more Microsoft experiences and broaden our engagement and usage scenarios....

Microsoft managed to ship over 1.6 million Xbox One consoles over the last quarter that has just ended. However, revenue earned from Xbox One sales went down mainly because of the recent price drops Microsoft made. The console now only costs $349 in the USA. In the UK, the console has dropped its price multiple times already in just a span of 17 months. In the long run, Xbox One sales will rise with the price drop....

The Xbox brand has had a tough time gaining market share in Japan. Launching the Xbox One last month in Japan, Microsoft quickly realized that their isn’t a huge demand for their product. Bug fixes galore Update 2.30 has arrived for Minecraft, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. A new hotfix has now been released for the console versions of Minecraft today. If you are playing the game on PS4, the patch number is 2.30. Officially though, this patch is recognized by the developer as update 1.17.32 (Bedrock). Don’t expect to see any new content or features because this update is mainly about bug fixes....
