The cat is officially out of the bag and the Uncharted 3 beta has been dated, and explained. The beta for the game begins on June 28th for PlayStation Plus subscribers which should be just about every single person on the PlayStation Network as fallout from the recent network outage. From October 16, the Reserve Bank of India has mandated all companies facilitating financial transactions to store user data in India. As a result, credit giant MasterCard will be deleting the data related to Indian users from its data centers that are located outside the country.
