Dimensional Ink Studios, the developer of DC Universe Online, is working on a “Marvel IP based MMO game”, according to an investor report. The new AAA MMO game utilizing the Marvel Universe will be spearheaded by the Dimensional Ink Studio’s CEO Jack Emmert. Emmert’s impressive resume includes titles like DC Universe Online, Marvel Universe Online (which was scrapped before its release but succeeded by Marvel Heroes), and City of Heroes/Villains....

In a blog post, Mass Effect lead writer Drew Karpyshyn has revealed why he left BioWare to join Archetype, a new studio founded by Magic: The Gathering‘s publisher Wizards of the Coast. Archetype is filled with BioWare alumni, including studio head James Ohlen (once creative director and lead designer at the Dragon Age developer) and Chad Robertson, responsible for live service on Anthem. Microsoft’s Edge browser has received the version 103 update and this is brought in a number of gaming-focused features, especially for Xbox and PC gaming improvements.
